Exclusive Dessert Collaboration Dinner

Join us November 18 as Botanist's Executive Pastry Chef Kate Siegel welcomes three of Canada’s most talented pastry chefs for an exclusive, one-night-only pastry collaboration dinner -- Boulevard’s Kenta Takahashi, Wentworth Hospitality Group’s Oliver Bernardino, and Monarque’s Lisa Yu. 

Together, the award-winning pastry chefs will present a dessert-forward, seven-course, dessert tasting menu, with each dish reflecting the chef’s unique approach to “the last course".
