With more than two decades of international experience, Amanda has cultivated a distinguished career in some of the world's most acclaimed kitchens, including Oncore by Clare Smyth in London, Quay in Sydney, and Mount Mulligan Lodge in Queensland. Her culinary philosophy is guided by a deep respect for seasonality, sustainability, and the finest regional ingredients, reflecting Botanist's enduring connection to the exceptional producers and natural abundance of British Columbia.

Having also held leadership roles at Vancouver's celebrated Hawksworth Restaurant and Royal Dinette, Amanda brings a refined, ingredient-driven perspective to Botanist. Her approach balances technical precision with a profound sense of place, continuing the restaurant's pursuit of extraordinary dining experiences that celebrate the beauty and bounty of the Pacific Northwest.
