Named World-Class Canadian Bartender of the Year in 2014, his craft has taken him from South Africa to Amsterdam and beyond. When he’s not catching waves or creating cocktails abroad, Grant leads the beverage program at Fairmont Pacific Rim - constantly pushing boundaries and setting new standards for innovation and excellence.
