Inspired under the Tuscan sun, he fell in love with the craft and quickly made a name for himself on the Culinary Olympic and competitive circuit. As Chef de Cuisine, Jayden is second in command at Botanist, leading the kitchen with precision and passion whenever Chef Hector is away.
