Justin Powell

Born in Baltimore and raised in Syracuse, New York, Justin’s background in sculpture and photography shaped a creative approach to hospitality and cocktail culture. After working in acclaimed bars and Michelin-starred venues across New York and Berlin, he relocated to Vancouver and is now Head Bartender at Botanist at Fairmont Pacific Rim, where he creates immersive, seasonally driven cocktail experiences.
