Born and raised in Mumbai, India, Tushar began his journey in hospitality before finding his true passion in the kitchen. Known for his positive energy and leadership, he brings both heart and skill to the culinary team at Botanist. Outside of the kitchen, this avid fitness enthusiast can be found running the Seawall or exploring Vancouver’s local mountains.
